When you placed an order, there will be automatically established an order NO. in the web. If you
know your order number, then modifications and cancellations can easily be done by logging on
to your Yescustom account and accessing your Order History.
If you don’t happen to know your order number off hand, tracking down the order in question can
be done by following below steps:
1) Login on to your Yescustom account ;
2) Click the button of “My Account”
3) On the left side of the page, click Order History
4) Select the order you would like to cancel
5) On the lower right side of the page, choose View Order Status
6) Click on the Cancel Order button at the bottom of the page
Also very important, please send an email to us about your order cancellation.
Note: If the Cancel Order button is not available (or not working), this maybe because your
order has already entered into the processed status and been queued for production or
shipment. In this case, we are unable to stop the production or shipment of your order.
